脑梗塞患者颈动脉血流量及脑血管特性的改变

应用脑血管特性装置(QFM2000XA)检查了急性脑梗塞患者36例,体检化验正常的健康人56例作为对照组,分别测定其左、右侧颈总总脉血流量,血流速度,血管管径,并测算出顼、脑动脉循环阻值,容积弹性率,脑末梢循环阻值等。

Thirty six Patients with acute cerebral infarction and 56 controls were examine dby QFM(2000XA) for measuring carotid blood flow (CBF), cerebral blood velocity (CBV) and vascular lumen diameter(D)of both right and left sides.The Zo, Ve. RP and CP were also calculated at same time. The data obtained above showed quite different significantly between the infarct side and opposite one or controls. This instrument was considered to reveal pathophysiologic changes in vascular characterstics and hemodynamics to the patients with cerebral infarction and provide a intact and repeatedly examining method for cerebral infarction.
