摘要 从实践的角度对医院后勤社会化服务的基本形式、物业管理公司运用特点、医院营房管理小组的功能、工程招标和项目审查以及制度建立等方面介绍了具体的做法。此外,还认为医院后勤服务实现社会化有赖于上级的政策,业已形成的较成熟的物业管理市场,专业化管理队伍以及适应市场经济的科学管理方法等因素。 Socialization reform of rear services of hospitals facilitates translating the advantages of market mechanisms into more and better quality, quantity, and benefits of services through capability to: provide the right type of services at the right time, thus ensuring that everything needed are available; maintain dynamic, appropriate balance between demand and supply, without lack or waste; constantly improve services and management by emulating, learning from, catching up with, helping and in turn surpassing each other; form the contingent of competent rear service professionals and managers in the market environment; apply the system to invite tenders for maintaining hospital houses and buildings; develop scientific management and operational methods suited to market economy.
