摘要
目的总结后腹腔镜治疗小儿肾上腺、肾脏输尿管疾病的临床疗效和随访结果。方法回顾分析2例行后腹腔镜肾上腺手术,3例后腹腔镜下肾盂成形术,1例后腹腔镜下肾脏切除术患者的临床资料,对临床疗效及随访结果等进行分析。结果术中平均出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间、及术后住院天数分别为:55～120 ml,1～2 d和4～6 d,术后平均随访6～14个月,患儿未见肿瘤复发,血压正常,肾脏积水明显改善。结论后腹腔镜手术治疗小儿肾上腺,肾脏输尿管疾病疗效确切,创伤小、痛苦少、术后恢复快,可作为小儿肾上腺、肾脏输尿管疾病的首选治疗方法。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and the follow-up results of retroperitoneal laparoscopy for the treatment of pediatric urological diseases.Methods The clinical data of 6 patients in our hospital from January 2009 to April 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.2 cases received adrenalectomies,3 cases of pyeloplasty and 1 case of nephrectomy via retroperitoneal laparoscopy.Results The average amount of blood loss during operation,recovery of intestine function after operation,and the hospital stay were（55-120ml）,（1-2）d,and（4-6）d.During the follow-up of 6~14 months,there was no tumor recurrence,blood pressure was normal,and obvious alleviation was showed in hydronephrosis.Conclusion Rotroperitoneal laparoscopy surgeries are safe and effective in pediatric urology.The benefits include small incision,less painfulness,and quickly recovery.It can be recommended as the first choice of pediatric urological diseases.
