253例不孕症女性性生活状况调查

A survey of sexual activity in infertile women

目的了解不孕症诊断前后患者性生活的变化和对性及生育知识了解情况。方法采用自行设计的问卷由同一医师对女性不孕症患者的家庭一般情况,性生活情况,性和生育相关知识了解情况等进行调查。结果不孕症夫妇性生活频率在不孕症诊断后有明显减少(t=0.002,P<0.01),但患者对性生活的满意度无明显改变。男性性功能障碍的发生情况不孕症诊断前后无明显差异,女性性功能障碍在诊断不孕症后有明显增加(χ2=18.81,P<0.01)。不孕症诊断对患者的正常生活和夫妻感情均有不利影响(χ2=34.47,P<0.01)。结论不孕症的诊断对患者性生活及心理产生了负面影响,在治疗过程中应同样重视患者的性及心理状态,达到不孕治疗的目的。

Objective To explore the change of sexual activity and knowledge of sex and fertility in infertile women.Methods 253 infertility women were enrolled randomly in our reproductive center.Self-design questionnaire was used to study their general conditions of family,sexual activity,knowledge of sex and fertility.Results Sexual activity significantly decreased（t=0.002,P〈0.01） in couple and sex disorders significantly increased in women（χ2=18.81,P〈0.01） after defined as the inability to conceive.The mental health condition and family function in the infertile worsened（χ2=34.47,P〈0.01）Conclusion For the optimization of successful conception,we should not only treat the cause of infertility but also pay attention to the sexual activity and mental state of infertile women.
