RP-HPLC法测定天门冬氨酸洛美沙星注射液的含量

Determination of lomefloxacin aspartate injection by RP-HPLC

目的:建立天门冬氨酸洛美沙星注射液的含量测定方法。方法:采用μ-BondapakC18(10μm)4.6mm×150mm色谱柱,以乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液-四丁基溴化胺溶液(15∶85∶4)为流动相,流速为10ml/min,检测波长288nm。结果:平均回收率为1001%,RSD为237%。结论:本方法准确、快速、专属性强,可适用于本药的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of lomefloxacin aspartate injection.METHODS:The concentration of lomenfloxacin aspartate was assayed on a μ-Bondapak-C 18 column with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer-0.5mol/L tetrabutylammonium bromide(15∶85∶4)at a flow rate of 1.0ml/ml,and detected at 288 nm.RESULTS:The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 100.1% and±2.37% respectively.CONCLUSION:This method was rapid,specific and accurate.It is very suitable for quality control of the product.
