多中心型Castleman病治疗进展

Castleman病（Castieman＇sdisease，CD）是一种少见的、病因不明的淋巴组织增生性疾病，1956年Castleman首先描述，临床表现多样化，按病变范围分为局灶型（ioealCastleman＇sdisease，LCD）和多中心型（multicentricCastlemanSdisease，MCD），组织病理学分为透明血管型（hyaline—Vasculartype，HV）、浆细胞型（plasmacelltype，PC）和混合型。
