Experiment on dust suppression performance of self-priming sprayer

摘要 为了提高喷雾降尘效果,提出了自吸空气式喷雾器降尘的方法,分析了自吸式喷雾器降尘工作原理,设计了不同结构的试验用自吸空气式喷雾器,并对其进行了正交试验和对比试验结合的相关试验.结果表明,喉嘴距、扩散角及水压等参数对自吸空气式喷雾器的SMD值、有效射程、雾化角、吸风量等均有不同程度的影响.当喉嘴距为48 mm、扩散角为30°、水压为6 MPa时,自吸空气式喷雾器的有效射程、雾化角、SMD值达到最佳,降尘效果最好;当水压为6 MPa时,常规单喷嘴喷雾的SMD值为124.3μm,自吸喷雾SMD值为108.5μm,自吸喷雾比常规单喷嘴喷雾的SMD值降低12.7%;当水压为6 MPa时,常规单喷嘴喷雾全尘降尘效率为92.67%、呼吸性降尘效率为87.21%,而正交试验优化得出的自吸喷雾全尘降尘效率为93.6%、呼吸性降尘效率为92.69%,自吸喷雾比常规单喷嘴喷雾的全尘降尘效率提高不太明显,但呼吸性降尘效率提高较明显. To improve the spray dust suppression,a means,namely self-priming sprayer dust suppre-ssion,was put forward,the working principle of dust suppression was analyzed,and the self-priming sprayers with different structures were designed.The orthogonal and related comparison experiments were made on those designed self-priming sprayers.The test results indicated that the distance between the mixing chamber throat and driving nozzle outlet,diffusion angle and driving pressure have different effects on the SMD value,effective range,atomization angle,amount of air entrained.When the distance between the mixing chamber throat and driving nozzle outlet,diffusion angle and driving pressure are 48 mm,30° and 6 MPa,those parameters achieve their optimal values and the best performance presents in dust suppression.The SMD value of conventional single nozzle spray is 124.3 μm,but that of self-priming sprayer is 108.5 μm,causing a reduction of 12.7% in SMD.As the driving pressure is 6 MPa,the efficiency of all size dust removal is 92.67% and that of breathable dust removal is 87.21% in a conventional single nozzle spray.However,at the same driving pressure,the efficiency of all size dust removal 93.6% and that of breathable dust is 92.69% in the self-priming sprayer optimized by the orthogonal experiments.Obviously,the dust removal efficiency of breathable dust has been improved greatly in the optimized self-priming sprayer compared with the efficiency of all size dust removal.
