摘要
采用薄层色谱法,对儿茶中儿茶素(catechin)及表儿茶素(epicatechin)进行了鉴别。
Both compositions catechin and epicatechin in Catechu were distinguished by TLC. The mobile phase was n-butanol-acetate acid-water(3:2:1). Under above-mentioned condition, catechin and epicatechin could be seperated satisfactorily.
