CTLA4基因多态性与哮喘遗传易感性研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 哮喘是以树突状细胞介导的Ⅱ型辅助性T细胞(Th2细胞)优势免疫为特征的慢性气道炎症性疾病,与多基因遗传有关,同时受遗传因素和环境因素的双重影响。患者个体特应质及环境因素的影响是发病的危险因素。细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原4(cytotoxicT-lymphocyteantigen-4,CTLA.4)是活化T细胞表面所表达的一种膜融合蛋白,可与CD28竞争结合抗原递呈细胞(APC)表面的B7分子,能够抑制T细胞活化、增殖,诱导T细胞免疫耐受,在抗过敏、抗肿瘤、抗移植排斥反应、抗自身免疫性疾病和变态反应性疾病中起重要作用。现就CTLA-4基因多态性与哮喘遗传易感性的关系综述如下。
