川芎与白芍不同配伍的红外光谱比较

摘要 目的研究川芎与白芍不同配伍的红外光谱特征。方法采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)技术,建立川芎与白芍不同配伍的红外光谱,用峰位、峰形、峰强进行评价。结果红外光谱差异细微,经二阶导数处理后,其在峰位、峰形、峰强上显示出差异。结论红外光谱法可直观地揭示川芎与白芍不同配伍的化学特征。 Objective To study the characteristics of infrared spectroscopy (IR) of different compatibility of ligusticum chuanxiong hort. and radix paeoniae alba, Methods IR of different compatibility of ligusticum chutmxiong hort. and radix paeoniae alba was established by technology of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and the peak position, peak shape and peak intensity were chosen as evaluation indexes Results There were only subtle differences in FTIR spectrums among different compatibility of ligusticum chuanxiong hort. and radix paeoniae alba. After the second derivative treatment, the differences in peak position, peak shape and peak intensity were showed. Conclusion Infrared spectroscopy can reveal intuitively the chemical characteristics of different compatibility of ligusticum chuanxiong hort. and radix paeoniae alba.
