摘要 如何加强学科建设是应用型本科院校本世纪初第二个10年发展的重要战略问题;探索通过学科交叉培养人才和开展研究的路径是其重要战略选择;只有通过学科交叉才能适应社会需求、获取办学资源、深化人才培养改革、培育学校特色。应用型本科院校学科交叉战略的重点是打破传统体制机制,统筹教学和科研两支队伍,并突出其在学科交叉中的地位;要有倾向性的财政投入和政策支持;要强化开放合作意识。 It is a strategic issue for application-oriented universities to strengthen disciplinary construction by means of the intersection between different disciplines so as to cultivate talents and conduct researches in the 2020s. Only by doing so, can these universities meet the society's demands, obtain resources, innovate the talent training model and cultivate university features. The key point is to break the traditional system and mechanism, orchestrate teaching and research staff and make their positions prominent in the intersection between disciplines. Meanwhile, financial input and policy must tend to support it, and open and cooperative consciousness must be enhanced.
