摘要
目的采用心理测量学方法对医学生二维满意度量表(MCSTDSQ)进行评估,以期对量表进行改进和完善。方法通过对分层抽取的1 240名学生的问卷数据进行分析,评价量表的内部一致性、结构效度、聚集效度和区分效度。结果方根法计算服务与保障、专业知识、个人发展、教务管理、学生管理的权重分别为0.069,0.177,0.334,0.167,0.253;内部一致性Cronbach'sα系数为0.923,各因素Cronbach'sα系数均大于0.7。经因子分析,因子负荷和结构与量表内容吻合,结构效度和内容效度较好。因素内相关性强于因素间相关性,较好地支持聚集和区分效度。结论 MCSTDSQ的心理测量学评价令人满意,可以在医学院校工作中采用和推广。
Objective To evaluate the Medical College Student Two-Dimensional Satisfaction Questionnaire ( MCSTDSQ) by psychological methods. Methods Internal consistency of questionnaire, construct validity, convergent/discriminant validity were evaluated based on the analysis concluded from the data drawn through the survey of 1240 students. Results The weights of service assurance, professional knowledge, individual development, teaching management, students management were 0. 069, 0. 177, 0. 334, 0. 167 and 0. 253. Good reliability of MCSTDSQ was proved by what Cronbach's alpha was 0. 923. Factor analysis indicated that factor loading and structure accorded with MCSTDSQ assumed, which supported structure validity and content validity. Conclusion MCSTDSQ's reliability and validity are satisfactory evaluated by psychometrics, which can be applied and promoted in the college.
