昆明市区小学生Conners父母症状量表常模和信效度分析 被引量:14

Norm,reliability and validity of the Conners' Parent Symptom Questionnaire among primary school students in Kunming

摘要 目的建立昆明市区小学生Conners父母症状量表的常模并对其信效度进行研究,为该地儿童行为问题的临床评估和科研工作提供依据。方法在昆明市区好、中、差3个层次的小学中各随机抽取1所小学一~六年级学生为调查对象,共纳入2 146名6~14岁儿童(男1 095名,女1 051名),平均(9.180±1.698)岁,由父母填写Conners父母症状量表(Parent Symptom Questionnaire,PSQ),班主任填写Conners教师用量表。结果男生在品行问题、学习问题、冲动多动和多动指数4个因子上的得分高于女生(P值均<0.01);量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.875,分半信度为0.861,量表各因子重测信度为0.555~0.889,各条目的重测信度为0.364~1.000(P值均<0.01);该量表各个因子对辨别注意缺陷多动障碍儿童和正常儿童均有较好的效果。结论 Conners父母症状量表具有良好的信效度,适合昆明地区儿童心理问题的筛查。 Objective To set up the norm of Parent Symptom Questionnaire(PSQ) of Kunming and to test its reliability and validity. Meth- ods Parents of 2 146 students ( male 1 095, female 1 051 ) of three elementary schools of Kunming with the mean age of ( 9.180± 1. 698 ) years completed the Parent Symptom Quesitonnaire(PSQ ), the teachers completed the Teacher Rating Scale (TRS). Results The PSQ scores of boys were higher than those of girls in moral problems, learning problems, impulsive-hyperactivity and hyperactivity index; The Cronbach's α coefficient of PSQ was 0.875 and the split-half reliability of PSQ was 0. 861, and test-retest reliability was 0. 555-0. 889 for each factor and 0. 364-1. 000 for each item. The total score and scores of six factors of ADHD were higher than those of norm subjects. Conclusion Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire is applicable to access the psychological problems of children in Kunming.
