Study on the automatic school tuberculosis early-warning system based on Geographic Information System

摘要 目的利用和整合地理信息系统监测信息资源,为学校结核病防控提供预警方法,实现对结核病暴发的早期自动预警。方法应用地理信息系统和网络技术,建立杭州市预警模型,实现学校结核病监测预警。结果 2007-2010年系统发出学校单例预警模型预警事件309起,时空预警模型预警事件562起,出现聚集性事件2起。学校预警分类统计大学和高中分别占68.40%和23.00%。筛查涂阳肺结核密切接触者学生和教师12 092名,筛查率为99.79%;调查发现肺结核病人共25例,检出率为0.21%。结论应用地理信息系统的学校结核病网络监测系统可以直观地预警,并快速反应,分析当地预警空间分布,为控制学校结核病疫情提供信息支持。 Objective The study was made use of Geographic Information System(GIS) to achieve automatic early-warning of school tuberculosis cases.Methods GIS-based methods and network techniques were used to establish an early-warning model to explore spatial school tuberculosis cases early.Results During 2007-2010,the system had reported 309 single case warning events,562 spatial and temporal warning events and 2 cluster events in local schools.Of all school warning events,68.40% cases were from universities,and 23.00% cases were from high schools.A total of 12 092 intimated contactors were investigated,the investigation rate was 99.79%.Twenty-five pulmonary tuberculosis cases were detected from screening,and the detected rate was 0.21%.Conclusion With school tuberculosis automatic early-warning system based on GIS,the early-warning can be presented intuitively and quick response become possible.The system can also be used to analyze space distribution of warning events,which can provide information to support school tuberculosis control.
