摘要
目的调查中学生耳鸣的分布情况及相关因素,为制订防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样法,对银川市2009名中学生进行问卷调查、耳科检查,数据用SPSS 15.0统计软件处理。结果中学生耳鸣的总体患病率为4.3%;女生耳鸣患病率(5.4%)高于男生(3.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随身听使用时间、失眠及耳疾等是耳鸣的危险因素,OR值分别为2.676,2.882,3.508。结论耳鸣可影响中学生的学习和生活,其发生与多种因素有关。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of tinnitus and related risk factors among middle school students,and to provide scientific evidence for the strategies.Methods A cross-sectional study was used to investigate tinnitus among 2 009 middle school students.The participants comprised 1 023 males(50.9%)and 986 females(49.1%),aged 11 to 19 years old.Questionnaire and ear examination were carried out by the staff who received special training.Multiple Logistic Regression models were used to analyze the relative influencing factors about tinnitus.ResultsThe overall prevalence of tinnitus was 4.3%.A significant difference of the prevalence was found between males(3.2%) and females(5.4%)(P〈0.05).The use of walkman,insomnia and history of ear diseases were the main risk factors for tinnitus(OR=2.676,2.882 and 3.508,respectively).Conclusion Tinnitus has an influence on the study and living of the students.More researches are urgently needed on prevention and treatment of tinnitus.
