桐乡市0～14岁儿童伤害监测分析

Analysis on injury of children aged 0-14 in Tongxiang city

目的了解桐乡市14岁以下儿童伤害分布特征并探讨伤害发生原因,为有针对性开展儿童伤害干预提供依据。方法通过桐乡市伤害监测网络,分析14岁以下儿童伤害发生情况及相关因素。结果 2010年度,14岁以下儿童伤害共报告病例2 115例,男女比例为1.62∶1,性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。儿童伤害原因的前5位分别是跌倒/坠落(50.97%)、动物伤(16.64%)、交通伤(10.59%)、钝器伤(7.61%)、刺割伤(5.67%)。伤害性质大部分属于非故意,占98.44%。伤害程度多为轻度,占76.55%。结论加强对儿童的安全教育,采取有效的措施预防儿童伤害的发生。

Objective To understand the epidemiologic features and causes of injury for children under 14 years old in Tongxiang and to provide scientific evidence for targeted interventions.Methods The accidental injury and related factors were analyzed among children under 14 years old through the injury surveillance network in Tongxiang.Results In 2010,there were 2 115 reported cases of injury among children under 14 years old,the ratio of male to female was 1.62∶1（P〈0.01）.The first five reasons of accidental injuries of children under 14 were falls/collapse（50.97%）,animal injury（16.64%）,traffic injury（10.59%）,cutting（7.61%） and stabing（5.67%）.Most of the injuries were unintentional,accounting for 98.44%.The injuries were mostly mild,accounting for 76.55%.Conclusion Strengthen the safety education of children and improve children’s ability to protect themselves.
