糖心合剂对2型糖尿病模型大鼠心功能不全的影响

摘要 目的探讨糖心合剂(黄芪、太子参、葛根、丹参、泽兰、益母草、瓜蒌、山茱萸)对2型糖尿病模型大鼠心功能不全的影响。方法建立高脂饲料喂养联合低剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠模型。模型动物随机分为模型对照组,二甲双胍治疗组及糖心合剂治疗组,灌服给药治疗14周后,分别检测其血糖血脂水平以及血流动力学指标。结果与模型组比较,糖心合剂组空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)降低;左室舒张末压(LVEDP)下降,左室收缩压(LVSP)和左室内压最大上升下降速率(±dp/dtmax)升高。结论糖心合剂对2型糖尿病大鼠具有降低血糖血脂、改善心功能不全的作用。 AIM To investigate the effects of Tangxin Mixture(TXM)(Astragali Radix,Pseudostellariae Radix,Puerariae lobatae Radix,Saviae militiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Lycopi Herba,Leonuri Herba,Trichosanthis Fructus,Corni Fructus) on hemodynamics in Type 2 diabetic rats with heart failure.METHODS Type 2 diabetes were induced by combination of high-fat diet-fed and low-dose streptozotocin(STZ,30 mg/kg) injection in Wistar rats.Then the rat models were randomly divided into three groups: model group,metformin group and TXM group.After fourteen weeks of treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),blood lipid,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) and free fatty acid(FFA) were determined.Hemodynamic performance was measured via a cannula inserted into the right common carotid artery.RESULTS To compare with diabetic model group,the levels of FBG,HbA1c,triglycerides,total cholesterol and FFA significantly decreased in TXM group.Left ventricular systolic pressure,maximum rate of rise and decrease in left ventricular pressure during contraction and relaxation(±dp/dtmax) were significantly higher than those in the model group,while left ventricular end-diastolic pressure in the TXM group was lower than that in the model group.CONCLUSION TXM can decrease the levels of FBG,lower the level of blood lipid and bring a beneficial effect on heart function of Type 2 diabetic rats.
