摘要
接触线也称为电车线,是电气化铁路接触网的重要组成部分。随着电气化铁路向着高速发展,对接触线的理化性能提出了更高的要求。由于国内传统生产技术的限制,国产的接触线强度低,平直度、耐磨性、抗蠕变能力差,越来越难以满足我国铁路提速和安全运行的需要。综述了高速电气化铁路接触线的研究现状、应用情况以及存在的问题,特别对电气化铁路常用的银铜、锡铜以及镁铜等接触线进行了详细的描述,并展望了接触线材料的发展趋势。
Contact wire, also called electric-train wire, is an essential part of catenary of electrified railway. With the development of being high-speed in electric railway, the physical and chemical properties of contact wire are more and highly required, Limited by the traditional manufacturing technique, the domestic contact wire with low ten sile strength and poor straightness, wear resistance property and creep resistant ability, can not satisfy higher and higher need for the speed up and safe running of the train. The comprehensive description of the research progress, application actuality and existing problems to contact wire for high-speed electric railway are reviewed, especially most commonly used Cu-Ag,Cu-Sn and Cu Mg alloy contact wire. And the future trends of contact wire materials are expected finally.
