不同介质中丙烯酰胺分散聚合的研究进展

Development of Acrylamide Dispersion Polymerization in Different Media

简介了聚丙烯酰胺及分散聚合,简要说明了分散聚合与沉淀聚合的区别是凝聚与沉淀。按加入沉淀剂的种类将分散聚合分为4大类——醇/水、盐/水、聚合物/水、混合体系。分别介绍了醇溶解度参数及醇水比、不同无机盐离子、水溶性聚合物类分子量和疏水性对体系的影响,液滴形成过程图的情况,以及分散聚合体系中各类介质、稳定剂和引发剂等对聚合过程的影响。

The polyacrylamide and its dispersion polymerization are introduced briefly. Agglomerate and percipitate is the difference between dispersion and precipitation polymerization. The dispersion polymerization systems can be divided into four categories., alcohols/water, salts/water, polymers/water and mix according to the kind of the precipitant. Influences of various parameters,such as alcohols solubility parameter and the ratio of alcohols to water,different inorganic salt ions, molecularweight and hydrophobicity of water-solubility polymer on dispersion polymerization systems are investigated. The droplet formation process is introduced. And the influences of the type of me-diums, stabilizers, initiators, on the processes of polymerization were also reviewed.
