核电多样性驱动系统硬件设计

Design of the Hardware for Nuclear Power Diverse Actuation System

摘要 为实现第三代数字核电保护系统AP1000的国产化,对多样性驱动(DAS)系统进行了研究开发。该系统包括调理模块、定值模块、通信模块和显示模块,在安全通道内采用FPGA代替CPU,实现UART异步通信、SPI串行通信、定值比较以及RAM数据可读标志等功能。经过长时间运行证明,基于FPGA构架的DAS系统能够准确、可靠地实现数据采集、通信和输出等功能,满足核电保护系统的安全需求。 To promote the localization of the third generation of digital nuclear power protection system AP1000, the research and development of diverse actuation system (DAS) is carried out. The system consists of conditioning module, set-point module, communication module and display module, and in secure channel, CPU is replaced by FPGA, to implement UART asynchronous communication protocol and SPI serial communication protocol. The system possesses the functions of set-point comparison and RAM data readable symbolization, etc. Long term running shows that FPGA structure-based system can implement data acquisition, communication and output accurately and reliably, and the demand for security of nuclear power protection system is satisfied.
