摘要
针对我国核军工及核燃料循环中的区域γ辐射监测系统技术落后、集成度低等问题,采用全集成自动化(TIA)方法,研制了区域γ辐射监测系统。根据TIA的统一通信、统一数据管理、统一组态和编程原则,系统采用了工业以太网结构和西门子紧凑型PLC以及TIA软件。过程控制简单安全,信息网络和现场总线及仪表的集成便捷,设计模块化,系统扩展性强,实现了管控一体化,对核设施辐射监测系统国产化具有积极作用。
At present,the technology of area γ radiation monitoring system in nuclear war industry and nuclear fuel circulation of our country is lagging behind and in low level of integration,aiming at these problems,the area γ radiation monitoring system is researched and developed by adopting totally integrated automation(TIA) method.In accordance with the principle of TIA,i.e.,unified communication,unified data management,and unified configuration,the system uses industrial Ethernet structure,compact Siemens' PLC and TIA software.The system is simple and safety in process control,ease to integrate information network with fieldbus and instruments.The system is expandable because of the modular design.It implements integration of management and control,and provides positive effects to localization of area radiation monitoring systems for nuclear facilities.
