摘要
主要探讨了核安全级停堆系统隔离放大器的抗震设计方法。分别从抗震设计要求、设计原理和抗震试验等方面,介绍了提高隔离放大器抗震能力的设计思路;同时,给出了通过结构体系设计、调整配重、延性减震和加阻尼器等措施改变产品共振频率、消减振动能量的方法。抗震鉴定试验表明,该隔离放大器运行稳定、可靠性好,设计符合核安全级抗震I类设备抗震要求,达到了DBE-B抗震等级。
The aseismatic design of isolation amplifier for nuclear safety shutdown system is investigated.The design concept for enhancing the anti-seismic capability of the isolation amplifier is introduced respectively from aspects of the requirements and principle of aseismatic design as well as the aseismatic test.In addition,the method to change the resonance frequency of product and eliminate vibration energy with the measures of structural design,adjusting weighting,ductile damping and adding dampers are given.The aseismatic test indicates that this isolation amplifier is running stably and reliably,the design conforms anti-seismic requirements for nuclear safety Class I equipment,and reaches DBE-B level.
