基于非晶带GMI效应新型弱磁场传感器 被引量:2

Novel Weak Magnetic Field Sensor Based on GMI Effect in Amorphous Ribbon

摘要 利用退火处理后的Co66.3Fe3.7Si12B18非晶带作为敏感元件,研制出一种基于非晶带GMI效应的弱磁场传感器。分析了传感器的工作原理,设计了该传感器的信号处理电路,并对传感器的测量范围、线性度等性能进行了标定。传感器可应用于地球磁场、环境磁场等微弱磁场检测领域。 A weak magnetic field sensor based on GMI effect was developed by using C066.3Fe3.7Si12Bls amorphous ribbon an- nealed by pulsed current. The operation principle of the sensor was analyzed. The signal processing circuit was designed and the measurement range and linearity of the sensor were performed. The sensor can be used in the weak magnetic measurement field in- cluding earth magnetic field and environmental magnetic field.
