摘要
针对目前国内气体流量测量量程比小,明渠、暗渠测量困难,大流量、大管径测量精度低等特点,文中设计了一种基于S3C2440与FPGA,以Wince6.0为实时操作系统的嵌入式超声波气体流量计。利用FPGA的硬件实时和嵌入式的各种优势及wince 6.0的新特性,简化了电路结构,提高了测量的精度和抗干扰能力,并且具有很好的现场人机交互界面,可扩展性极好,可设计为一款具备各种协议总线的智能仪表。
In view of characteristics in gas flow measurement that low range, hard to measure, low precision in measuring large flow or large diameter, this paper introduced a ultrasonic gas flowmeter based on S3 C2440 and FPGA, while Wince 6.0 for embed- ded real-time operating system. Taking advantage of the FPGA hardware real-time, embedded advantages and Wince 6.0 new fea- tures,it simplifies the circuit structure and improves the measuring precision and anti-jamming ability. It has a very good site hu- man-machine interface and the scalability is extremely good, further more, it can be designed for a paragraph with various protocols bus intelligent instrument.
