摘要
提出了1种基于MOSFET开关管的斩波电路电流检测方法,利用MOSFET导通电流与电压的关系,考虑了温度对MOSFET的导通阻抗的影响,根据MOSFET导通阻抗与温度关系曲线,设计1种具有温度补偿功能的斩波电路MOS-FET导通电流检测方案,取代了传统的电流传感器检测方法。实验结果证明,该检测方法测量精度高,成本较低,具有很高的实用价值。
A current detection method for chopper circuit based on MOSFET was introduced, the relationship between MOS- FET Turn-on current and voltage was analyzed, while the effection of temperature to MOSFET on-resistance was taken into account. According to the curve relationship between MOSFET on-resistance and temperature,a current detection method with temperature compensation function for chopper circuit was proposed, current sensor was replaced by this method. Experimental results show that it has the characteristics of high precision, lower cost and high practical value.
