摘要
污水处理pH中和反应过程具有高度非线性和滞后性。文中首先介绍了污水处理pH值控制过程及其机理模型,然后对其进行分析研究,提出了1种基于遗传优化方法的非线性预测控制策略。利用遗传算法的全局寻优、参数调节简单等优点,解决非线性优化难的问题。仿真实验说明,该方法能够对设定的pH值进行很好的跟踪,并且响应时间较快,实现了对pH值的有效控制。
The pH neutralization reaction of sewage treatment is a high nonlinear and lager process. This paper introduced, the pH value control process and mechanism model of sewage treatment. Then, analysis of it, according to the analysis, a new nonlinear model predictive control strategy based on genetic optimization method was proposed. The genetic algorithm has the characteristic of global optimization and parameter adjustment is simple. It can solve the difficult problem of nonlinear optimization process. The simulation results show that the method can set the pH value of a good track and fast response time. It can achieve effective control of pH value.
