打造"阳光价格"工程,优化发展环境,是新形势下价格主管部门深入贯彻落实科学发展观,提高价格执行水平,保持工作先进性的必然要求;是实践党的宗旨,密切联系群众,促进社会和谐稳定的有效途径;是改进机关作风,推进政务公开,强化价格权力阳光运行,推进反腐倡廉建设的重要举措;也是进一步转变观念,发挥价格监督职能作用的重要切入点和着力点,价格主管部门应从指导思想、工作目标、组织机构、工作任务等方面,精心打造"阳光价格"工程。

Promoting price transparency and optimizing price environment is the task of price administrations to thoroughly apply the Scientific Outlook on Development,to increase price policy implementation level,and to keep vanguard character.It＇s also the effective approach to keep the aim of party in mind,to maintain close link with the people and to promote harmonious society.And It＇s an important measure to strengthen anti-corruption system.Therefore this task should be undertaken from several aspects such as guiding principle,task goal,organization structure etc.
