摘要
根据标准斜齿轮齿廓曲面的生成原理,在UGNX软件平台上,利用UG软件的表达式功能和其他参数化设计方法,研究全参数化斜齿轮的设计方法;通过控制齿轮端面轮廓参数:模数m和齿数z、齿轮螺旋角β的大小和旋向、齿轮厚度H等参数,实现斜齿轮的全参数化设计。
According to the generative principle of standard inclined gear tooth profile surface, the design method of all the parametric inclined gear is studied,Using the expression function and other parametric design method of UG software;parametric design of the helical gear is realized through modifying the gear end contour parameters(Module m and gear z) ,gear spiral angle's size and rotation,gear thickness(H) and so on.
