摘要
通过盐雾腐蚀试验模拟研究新型铸造铝合金在海洋大气环境中的腐蚀规律,使用扫描电镜和X射线能谱仪对试样的表面形貌和腐蚀产物进行分析。结果表明:Cl-对铝合金腐蚀有显著的加速作用,盐雾试验初期表现出点蚀坑;随盐雾时间增长,点蚀相互连接并扩展。
The corrosion of new aluminium alloy in marine atmosphere was studied, Using SEM and X - ray energy dispersive spectrometer on the surface morphology and corrosion products for analysis of atmosphere. The results show that the NaCl can accelerate the atmospheric corrosion of new aluminium alloy during the beginning exposure period. Pittings appear in the initial stage of salt fog test and link each other to expand with prolonging test time.
