摘要
不考虑阳离子的影响,分析了混凝土中氯离子、硫酸根离子耦合扩散机理。针对海洋环境下混凝土劣化过程以钢筋锈蚀为主的情况,提出与氯离子结合能力和硫酸盐抗压抗蚀系数相关的氯离子扩散模型,并确定了参数的取值范围。通过试验验证,模型计算结果与试验实测结果吻合较好。数据分析结果表明:受硫酸盐影响的混凝土氯离子扩散系数,随时间的延长先减小后增大,随深度的增加而增大;当侵蚀时间足够长时,氯离子扩散系数随深度增加先增大,后减小。
The coupling diffusion mechanism of chloride and sulfate is analyzed without considering the effects of cations.Reinforcement corrosion is the mainly deterioration process of marine concrete.The chloride diffusion model about chloride binding capacity and sulfate resistance coefficient is established.The range of model parameters is determined by summing up the results of existing experiments.The model is verified by experiments.The results show that the chloride diffusion coefficient impacted by sulfate decreases at first and then increases with the time and increases with the depth.If the eroded time enough long,the chloride diffusion coefficient would increased at first and then decreased with the depth.
