摘要
采用水溶液共聚合方法合成了聚醚类高性能减水剂,对比研究了引发剂种类及其用量、原料摩尔比、反应后期的熟化时间等工艺参数对聚醚类减水剂分散性的影响,从而优化了最佳的合成工艺参数。采用该聚醚类减水剂配制的混凝土具有良好的使用性能。
A high performance polyether-type water reducer was synthesized by copolymerizing allyl polyoxyethylene ether and acrylic acid in water solution.Contrast the kinds and dosage of initiator, raw material molar ratio and aged time process parameters on the effect of water reducer fluidity,the synthetic process parameters were optimized.With this polyether-type water reducer, the concrete has preferable service performance.
