近化学计量比碳化硅陶瓷聚合物前驱体的研究进展

摘要 介绍了直接合成聚硅烷和聚碳硅烷的各种化学方法,综述了用于改性聚碳硅烷以制备近化学计量比碳化硅陶瓷材料的各种途径的研究进展,主要包括化学共聚、物理共混、引入炔基和铝元素掺杂改性等。 Various chemical synthesis methods of polysilanes and polycarbosilanes are reviewed. The frontier and progress in modification of polyearbosilanes applied in near-stoichimetric silicon carbide ceramics, including chemical copolymerization, physical blending, introduction of alkyne unit and adding aluminum etc are presented.
