摘要
CuInO2是重要的具有黄铜矿结构的新型双极性透明导电材料,可用于电子照相记录、固定显示、光存储器、终端显示设备、防静电(静电屏蔽)、光电转换器件、热反射、大面积发热体、航空航天、光电化学、变色发光、气敏检测、超导等领域。介绍了固相反应法、阳离子交互反应法和化学共沉淀法制备CuInO2粉体,PLD法和RF磁控溅射法制备CuInO2薄膜。讨论了制备CuInO2粉体及薄膜的发展现状及存在的问题。
CuInO2, which is a important novel delafossite-type bipotanty transparent conductive oxide,can be devoted to electrophotographic recording paper, fixed display, photo-optic memory, terminal display, electrostauc prevention, electrooptical device, heat reflection, large area heater, aeronautics and astronautics, photoelectrochemistry, photochromic, semiconductor gas-sensing, superconductivity and other fields. The solid state reaction, cation exchange reaction, reduction coprecipitation method of preparation CuInO2 powders, and PLD, RF magnetron sputtering of preparation CuInO2 thin films are introduced. Present status and open questions are discussed.
