摘要
目的 探讨精神分裂症患者和脑梗塞患者听觉事件相关电位P3 0 0及反应时的变化。方法 对 3 2例精神分裂症、 3 0例脑梗塞患者与 3 8例正常人的P3 0 0进行对照研究。结果 脑梗塞组与对照组比较P3潜伏期延长4 0 4ms,P3波幅下降 1 4 8μv。精神分裂症组较对照P3潜伏期延长 2 3 4ms ,P3波幅下降 1 8μv ,反应时较对照延长 10 1 5ms。与脑梗塞组比较无显著差异。结论 作为反映精神分裂症、脑梗塞认知功能障碍的电生理指征 ,听觉事件相关电位P3 0 0有助于临床诊断与评估。
Objective To explore the variations of ERP P300 in schizophrenia and cerebral infarction. Methods P300 was measured in 32 patients with schizophrenia, 30 with cerebral infarction, and 38 normal controlsl. The N1, P2, N2, and P3 components of P300 were recorded in Cz electrode position. Results The latency of P3 prolonged for 40 4 ms and amplitude of P3 reduced for 1 48 μv in cerebral infarction compared with controls. The latency of P3 prolonged for 23 4 ms and amplitude of P3 reduced for 1 8 μv in schizophrenia compared with normal controls. The reaction time prolonged for 101 5 ms in schizophrenia compared with controls, but no significant difference was showed between schizophrenia and cerebral infarction. Conclusion The cognitive disorder in schizophrenia and cerebral infarction, ERP P300 could be of available electrophysiological index for clinical diagnosis.
