职场关系攻击:研究攻击的新领域 被引量:1

摘要 随着职场中攻击事件的大量出现,职场中的攻击行为开始受到广大学者们的共同关注。已有的职场攻击行为研究多集中在身体攻击和言语攻击,却忽视了职场中同样存在的另外一种隐性的攻击形式,即关系攻击。本文的目的在于提出“职场关系攻击”的概念,分析其消极后果,指出未来研究的努力方向。
