工人阶级执政党必须根据时代特征、实践发展和人民群众的需要进行意识形态革新,坚持马克思主义的科学解读、创新发展和正确运用"三位一体",保持工人阶级执政党意识形态的阶级性,增强工人阶级执政党意识形态的包容性,推动工人阶级执政党意识形态的合民族性、时代性。要推进工人阶级执政党意识形态的革新,必须树立执政党意识,采用科学的宣传方法,构建合理的工作机制,具备放眼全球的国际化视野。

In the light of characteristics of the times, practice development and people＇s need, working-class party must strengthen ideological innovation, including adhering to the ＂trinity＂ of Marxist scientific interpretation, development and proper use, maintaining the class character of ideology, and keeping the ideology absorb beneficial ingredients, and meet the requirements of national practice and characteristics of the times. To promote ideological innovation of the ruling working-class party, political awareness must be established, scientific methods of publicity must be used, reasonable working mechanism must be constructed, and an international perspective must＂ be formed.
