关于诱导小鼠产生脑缺血耐受时间剂量的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨诱导产生小鼠脑缺血耐受的时间剂量。方法采用两次结扎小鼠双侧颈总动脉方法制造脑缺血耐受模型,通过观察不同预处理时间剂量下小鼠脑组织形态的变化,探讨小鼠脑缺血耐受产生的最佳缺血预处理时间剂量。结果预缺血5 min+再次缺血60 min、预缺血20 min+再次缺血30 min、预缺血10 min+再次缺血60 min、预缺血40 min+再次缺血30 min、缺血再灌注(60 min)组动物脑组织病理改变较重,预缺血5 min+再次缺血30 min组动物脑组织病理改变有的又较轻不符合实验要求,预缺血10min+再次缺血30min组脑缺血耐受作用较其他组好。结论预缺血10min+再次缺血30 min是比较合适的脑缺血耐受产生时间。 Objective To discuss the different time dosage of brain ischemic tolerance which induces mice brain ischemic tolerance. Methods Using the method of tying up the two-sided arteria carotis com- munis anterior of mice twice to make the model of brain ischemic tolerance, through observing the changes of brain tectology of mice under different time dosage of pretreatment, to establish the optimal time dos- age. Results Severe pathological changes in brain tissue of groups of ischemic preconditioning were 5 minutes and secondary ischemia was 60 minutes, of ischemic preconditioning was 20 minutes and second- ary ischemia was 30 minutes, of ischemic preconditioning was 10 minutes and the secondary ischemia 60 minutes, of ischemic preconditioning was 40 minutes and the secondary ischemia was 30 minutes and is- chemia-reperfusion for 60 minutes. Some pathological changes were in brain tissue but not for less of groups of ischemic preconditioning for 5 minutes and the secondary isehemia was 30 minutes. Compared with other experimental groups, It was better that the groups of ischemic preconditioning were 10 minutes and the secondary ischemia was 30 minutes. Conclusion The groups of 10 minutes and the ischemia a- gain of 30 minutes are the suitable time of ischemic preconditioning for mice brain ischemic tolerance.
