摘要
介绍一种基于嵌入式单片机的无刷直流电机控制系统,该系统以LPC1768单片机为核心,采用霍尔位置传感器实现电机转子位置的定位,选用光电编码器来测量电机转速,设计控制策略,以PWM技术控制电机运转,使其转速按照正弦规律变化。实验表明,该电机控制系统调速性能良好,响应速度快,具有一定的可行性。
Introduction was made to a kind of brushless DC motor control system based on an embedded single chip processor. The system took LPC1768 as the core, adopting Hall sensor to realize motor rotor positioning, selecting a photoelectric encoder to measure motor rotation speed. Pulse width modulation technology was used to control motor operation, making its rotation speed change according to sine waves. The experiment shows that the motor control system is fine in speed regulation, fast in response speed with certain feasibility.
