摘要
研究了用高效液相色谱法同时测定6种重金属离子的方法。样品用二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(NaDDTC)作柱前衍生,以Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为固定相,甲醇∶水(体积比70∶30)为流动相进行分离测定。方法的日内相对标准偏差为0.17%-1.41%,日间相对标准偏差为5.28%-9.48%,标准回收率为90.1%-107.5%。
A new method for simultaneous determination of Cd ( Ⅱ ), Pb ( Ⅱ ), Ni ( Ⅱ ), Cu ( Ⅱ ), Cr ( Ⅲ ) and Cr ( Ⅵ ) by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was studied. The heavy metal ions were derived by sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (NaDDTC) before it was analyzed. The chelates were successfully separated using a Hypersil ODS2 column (4.6 mm ×250 ram, 5 pln) and using MeOH: H,O (70:30) as mobile phase. The intra-day relative standard deviations were 0.17% - 1.41%, the inter-day relative standard deviations were 5.28% - 9.48% and the recovery rates were 90.1% - 107.5%.
