摘要
为解决翻车机调速系统故障频发影响正常卸煤的问题,对直流调速系统进行了升级为数字控制的改造。为成本最低化,本次改造通过技术调研将原整流及调节系统改为安萨多尔数字调速系统,并将调速系统与翻车机控制系统的PLC有机结合,用于控制翻车机的卸车速度。改造后的应用实践表明翻车机整体稳定性和可靠性得到很大提高。
For solving the problem of coal unloading caused by frequent failures of car dumper' s speed regulating system,the DC speed regulating system was upgraded into digital control. For realizing the lowest cost,the existing rectifier and regulating system was replaced by Ansaldo digital speed-regulating system, and the speed regulating system was combined with control system of car dumper to control the unloading speed of car dumper. The practieal application after reform showed that the whole stability and reliability of the car dumper was increased significantly.
