摘要
以600 MW等级大型直流锅炉为例,介绍锅炉脱硫(预留或预设脱硝)烟气系统有无增压风机的典型设计方案和运行情况,并对几种方案在系统设计、风机选型、运行控制等方面进行比较分析,重点研究和讨论了无增压风机设计的特点和运行特性,结果表明锅炉烟气系统无增压风机的运行方式操作简单,可靠性和经济性更高,优势明显。
The designs and running modes for wet FGD (reserved or preset SCR)systems with and without booster fan are introduced for the 600 MW once-through boiler. For three typical systems, the systemic designs,choices of fans and control modes are analyzed and compared. And the characteristics of design and running for flue gas system without booster fan are discussed specially. It' s shown that the flue gas system without booster fan has the obvious advantages due to its simpler running mode,higher reliability and better economy.
