摘要
通过测定唾液中药物浓度对定时释放片衣层处方进行筛选。测定了5名健康志愿者口服3种处方制剂后的药时曲线,并据此选择了最佳处方。利用本法筛选处方准确性高、操作简便,具有实用性。
An ideal formulation of timed release tablets is selected by means of determination of paracetamol concentrations in saliva.Concentration time curves of five volunteers were determined after oral administration of timed release tablets of formulation A,B and C,respectively to screen the optimum formulation.
