螺纹紧密距量规磨削牙面缺陷分析及对策

摘要 螺纹紧密距量规在磨削过程中,牙面缺陷偶有发生,如烧伤、裂纹、波纹等,缺陷的存在不仅影响量规的尺寸精度、稳定性,更影响耐磨性,直接导致螺纹紧密距量规寿命缩短。通过分析牙面缺陷形成机理,提出了从工件原材料、热处理工艺、磨削参数等方面采取预防措施,对消除螺纹紧密距量规磨削缺陷,提高螺纹紧密距量规寿命有一定的指导意义。 In the grinding process of a thread standoff gauge,one or two tooth-face flaws may appear now and then,such as burn,cracks,ripple,etc.The presence of these flaws will not only lessen the gauge's measurement precision and stability but reduce its wearability and life-span directly as well.This paper analysed the formation mechanism of flaws and advanced some preventive countermeasures in terms of raw materials,heat treatment technics and grinding parameters.It is instructive to eliminate the thread standoff gauge's flaws and enhance its life-span gauge.
