利用头孢氨苄与钼酸铵在沸水浴加热的9mol/L硫酸介质中发生显色反应,其浓度与吸收度呈良好的线性关系的性质,以分光光度法测定了头孢氨苄胶囊的含量。方法简便、快速,条件易于控制。平均回收率为99.93%,RSD为0.28%。

A simple spectrophotometric determination of cefalexin capsules based on a color reaction with ammonium molybdate in 9 mol/L sulfuric acid medium and in boiling water bath was proposed. The standard curve was linear within 2.4~12 μg/ml. The regression equation was A=-0.003+0.386C with average recovery of 99.93% and RSD of 0.28%.
