摘要 分析影响柳钢1号RH系统获得高真空度和稳定性的主要因素:(1)蒸汽压力;(2)冷却水流量和温度;(3)系统泄漏。介绍采取的提高供气质量、降低并稳定冷却水温度和防止系统泄漏等措施。实施后RH系统的真空度达到(<67Pa)设计要求。 The main factors which can influence the high vacuum and stability achieved by NO.1 RH System were analyzed: (1) Steam pressure; (2) Flow and Temperature of cooling water; (3) System leakage. The countermeasures implemented to improve the steam quality, reduce and stabilize the temperature of cooling water and prevent system leakage were introduced. The vacuum of RH System can reach the design requirement of 〈67 Pa after taking these measures.
