酸轧机组入口与酸洗工艺段顺行攻关的实践

摘要 分析开卷机至分切剪段上料速率、焊接效率、1号活套张力电机发热、酸洗工艺段停车时的操作、挤干辊更换频繁、中压液压系统漏油等因素影响柳钢1550mm酸洗连轧机组生产效率的原因,制定整改措施,实施后酸轧机组机时产量由150t,提高到170t。 The causes, such as the charging rate from uncoiler to dividing section, the welding efficiency, the heating of No.1 loop tension motor, the operation when pickling process section stop, frequent change of drying roll and oil leakage of medium pressure hydraulic system, that influencing the production efficiency of 1550 Continue Pickling Line - Tandem Cold Mill were analyzed. The output per hour of 1550 Continue Pickling Line - Tandem Cold Mill was enhanced from 150t to 170t by establishing the corrective and remedial measures.
