改性煤矸石在橡塑高分子材料中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了我国利用煤矸石制备橡胶补强填料的应用现状;简述了煤矸石作为橡胶补强填料的主要影响因素。煤矸石的组成、粒度、表面吸附性是影响补强性能的关键因素。通过超细粉碎,表面改性,部分或全部替代炭黑用作橡胶补强填料是可行的,大大降低橡胶的生产成本,提高煤矸石的利用率。 This paper introduced the application of the coal gangue stone filler in rubber.Composition,ultra-fine grinding and surface treatment are important factors.It is very important to modify filler surface and particle size to enhance the compatibility with rubber.The article indicated gangue could replace complete or partial carbon as reinforced agent.The use of coal gangue stone filler has not only true benefit of economy,community and environment but also decrease the price of rubber.
