This article unifies the construction and transformation situation of Chitianhua information communication network,to discuss that after the formalization,cross region,the collectivization enterprise how to apply information technologies effectively such as VOIP and VPN and so on.Using the enterprise existing resource of information and communication network fully,as well as telecommunication operator’s social resources of information communication network platform,to construct the information communication network of the collectivization enterprise cross region.Implements the collectivization management build effective network platform for the enterprise,reduces the enterprise insider information communication cost reasonably,enhances the enterprise interior collectivization management potency.
