摘要
从日常生产维护出发,解决系统氨耗高,通过分析日常生产数据和对比国内相同装置运行状况得出氨耗高的原因为:放空尾气氨含量高;解析废液氨含量高。结合当前乃至以后装置的发展进行详细分析提出两种切实可行的解决方案:提高低压系统压力;新增常压吸收系统,对现有解析系统扩能,从根本上解决问题。
The problem of higher ammonia consume in system was resolved start from current production’s maintenance.By comparison with data from current production and operation of domestic same device,the reason of higher ammonia consumption was: higher ammonia content in emptying tail gas and in desorbing waste solution.By analyzing the development of current and later device,two practicable solutions have been suggested: increasing the pressure in low-pressure system;newly increasing ordinary-pressure absorption system,enlarging capability of desorbing system,to resolve problem radically.
