以实现聚乙烯醇系统优质、高产、低耗为目的,采取包括对工艺、设备、电器仪表、管理等方面的改进及优化等方法,实现了聚乙烯醇产量比设计能力大幅提高达到70%以上,优级品率提高达到22个百分点以上,1t聚乙烯醇甲醇消耗降低达到25kg。实践验证了所采取的方法正确,措施有力,效益明显。

To achieve high quality,high yield and low consumption of polyvinyl alcohol system,the reformation and optimization for techniques,equipments,electric apparatus,management etc were taken,so that the output yield of polyvinyl alcohol increased up to more than 170% of designed capacity,rate of excellent product increased to more than 22%,consumption of methanol per ton of polyvinyl alcohol decreased to 25kg.It was confirmed by practice that taken methods were correct,measures effective,benefit obvious. 更多
